Quick cheesecakes

For 12 pcs. required:
Dough: 1 egg; 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar; a bag of vanilla sugar; 4 tbsp. sour cream spoons; 25 g softened butter; 150 g flour; 0.5 tsp baking powder; a pinch of salt
Curd filling: 300 g of curd; 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar; 2 eggs (small); 1 tbsp. spoon (no slide) semolina; optional raisins (dried cherries, chocolate drops).
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough (the dough should resemble thick sour cream in consistency).
For the filling, beat the cottage cheese with eggs and sugar. Add semolina.
Put the dough into muffin tins, spoon forming small sides.
Put the curd filling evenly in the center of each mold. You can add a little raisins or candied fruits to the filling.
Bake at 180 C for 35 minutes.
