Today, it is digital technologies - cinema, television, photography, sound, communications and much more. The invention of photography gave us the opportunity to overcome the inexorable passage of time, go back many years and see with our own eyes how and how our ancestors lived. In the first half of the last century, when the new technology of "light painting" became widespread, many people associated it with black and white images - often indistinct, low-contrast, mottled with minor damages. And color film first appeared only in the 30s and was available only to professionals. The process of color photography itself was very painstaking (developing the film in compliance with the temperature regime, printing photos with the selection of a large number of filters), now the whole process is reduced to pressing a few buttons. Today, few people know that at the beginning of the century there were already color images obtained by the outstanding Russian photographer Sergei Mikhailovich Prokudin-Gorsky, which are not inferior in quality to modern digital ones.
