Autumn in Monschau

A small, cozy town, lost in a gorge of low wooded mountains. The Belgians call them the Ardennes, and the Germans call them Eiffel. Half-timbered houses, like scenery from a fairy tale, grow right above the river, across which beautiful bridges are thrown, flowers on balconies drop petals into a fast stream.
