Ingredients for the dough: 130 gr. butter, 2 tbsp. sour cream spoons, 75 gr. sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 275-300 gr. flour.
For the filling you will need: 5 kiwi, 2 eggs, 150 gr. sour cream (20%), 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar. For this pie, it is best to use slightly unripe kiwi fruit.
Preparation: Grind butter with sugar, vanilla, add sour cream, egg and mix. Pour in flour with baking powder and salt, knead a firm, soft dough. Grease the form with butter, lay out the dough and make the sides. Put the form in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Peel the kiwi, cut into 0.5 cm thick circles. Beat the eggs with sour cream and sugar. Spread the kiwi mugs over the cake, pour the egg-sour cream mixture evenly. Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 50 minutes
