Josef Tali was born in 1960 in the Ukraine in the city of Vinogradov. 1981-1985 - studies at the art school in Uzhgorod. In 1990 he entered the Academy of Arts and the workshop of Yu. M. Neprintsev and in 1996 received a diploma. Member of the Union of Artists since 1997. Works are kept in the Fund of the Academy of Arts and private collections in the USA, France, Spain, Canada, Germany
