There were certain rituals for every day of Pancake Week. The second day, as a rule, was considered a day for the newlyweds. A week or two ago, weddings were being played in the villages. Now these young families were invited to ride down the mountain. All married couples who recently had the whole village at a wedding had to roll down the mountain. On the same day, there was not only skiing from the snowy mountains, but also pancakes continued to be served in all houses: these days young people looked out for brides for themselves, and girls furtively looked at their betrothed. In the morning, young people were invited to ride from the mountains, eat pancakes. The names of relatives and friends were called: "We have - the mountains are ready, and the pancakes are baked - we ask you to favor".
