The Dacha Shalyapin Literary and Music Museum is one of the main attractions of Kislovodsk. The museum was established in 1988 on the premises of a beautiful spa mansion, built in 1903. In 1917, the dacha was rented by Fyodor Chaliapin with his family. After that, the building got the name "Chaliapin's Dacha", which has survived to this day. Every year the museum organizes the famous all over the country "Chaliapin Seasons", the best singers of the world consider it an honor to perform on the stage.
