Lake Zyuratkul

Lake Zyuratkul, located in the Chelyabinsk region, is a unique natural site. Nature, as if in a cradle, laid Zyuratkul surrounded by five high ridges and mountains - Urenga, Lukash, Nurgush, Moskal and Zyuratkul.
This is the only lake in the Urals located at such a high elevation - 724 meters above sea level.
Many rivers, streams and springs flow into the lake. The lake area is 13.5 sq. Km. Water volume - 79 mln. cbm The greatest depth of the reservoir is 8 m, the average is 4.5 m. The length of the lake is 7 km. The coastline is 26 km long. The water is very clean, as the water exchange in the lake takes place over a year.
