Cerealia is an ancient Roman holiday and games in honor of the goddess of fertility and agriculture Ceres. It was held from April 12 and lasted eight days. Honeycombs, fruits, pigs were sacrificed. The Romans held festive meals, inviting everyone who passed by to appease Ceres.
