House-Museum of I. Schwartz

House-Museum of I. Schwartz is located in the village of Siversky. This unique, modest estate stands on a quiet street of a summer cottage village, nestled by the picturesque Oredezh River. In these places, not only Schwartz himself worked, but also many of his famous friends who were guests at the dacha - the most talented writers, musicians and actors: Akira Kurosava, Bulat Okudzhava, Andrei Mironov, Joseph Brodsky, Vladimir Vysotsky.
Carefully preserved elements of the house's furnishings help to restore the atmosphere that surrounded Isaak Iosifovich and in which he created his stunning melodies for the films "The Brothers Karamazov", "The Star of Captivating Happiness", "White Sun of the Desert" and others. There is an unfinished score on the piano, next to it is a pencil, which seems to keep the warmth of its owner's hands. The interior is decorated with photographs of the composer's famous guests. The doors of the estate were always open, because its owner was an extremely benevolent and hospitable person. And today everyone can visit the house: admirers of Isaac Schwartz's work, admirers of his live, magical music, on which several generations have grown up.
