For the base: 700 gr. potatoes, 100 gr. wheat flour, salt.
For the filling: 400 gr. turkey fillet, 150 gr. sour cream, 1 egg, 50 gr. wheat flour, 1 clove of garlic, salt, black pepper, spices to taste (you can add nutmeg or dry herbs). + 100 gr. hard cheese, paprika.
Preparation: Grind the turkey meat in a blender or mince it.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater, add to the fillet along with the rest of the filling ingredients. Mix well.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Peel the potatoes, quickly grate on a coarse grater, mix with flour and salt.
Grease a small baking dish with butter, lay out the potato mass, distribute in the form in the form of a crust with sides and tamp.
Put the filling on top and bake for 30 minutes.
Grate the cheese, sprinkle on the pie and season with paprika.
Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
P.S. Instead of turkey, you can take chicken fillet, if you make breast fillets, I advise you to put a little more sour cream in the filling.
