Deineka Alexander Alexandrovich (1899-1969), Russian painter, graphic artist and sculptor, People's Artist of the USSR.
His paintings, painted in the genre of socialist realism, are monumental in form and dynamic in composition. Deineka is a master who embodied the social and utopian ideas of communism with special plastic and emotional strength. In this respect, he is close to V.V. Mayakovsky, whose images inspired him more than once.
