It all started at the end of the 19th century in France, where the Russian jeweler Yosif Marshak (a relative of the famous writer) and his masters created their masterpieces for the elite of Paris, as well as for the royal court of Russia (for example, official gifts to Tsar Nicholas II and his family). Today the precious work of the great master is continued by his son Alexander Marshak, who deeply respects the traditions of working with colored precious and semi-precious stones, laid down by his father.
