Orange poppy seed cupcake

Required: 180 g of butter; 100 g sugar; 1 bag of vanilla sugar; 3 eggs; 275 g flour; 2 tbsp. spoons of fat sour cream; zest and juice of 1 medium orange; 4 tbsp poppy ready-mix (Parfait); 2 tsp baking powder; a pinch of salt

Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla. Add zest. Then one egg at a time, beating well after each. Add sour cream, beat.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, poppy seed mixture, baking powder and salt.
Pour the flour mixture into the butter-egg mixture in portions, mix. Finally, pour in the orange juice in portions and mix gently again.
Put the dough in a mold and bake for about 40-45 minutes at 190 C.
You can decorate the finished cake with icing.
