Bojnice Castle is known as the Haunted Castle and for good reason, as you can see when visiting this place. The castle is not as interesting from an architectural point of view as the atmosphere that the numerous legends of this castle create. It was built on the site of an ancient volcanic layer, in the center of which is a crater 27 meters deep, adapted for a castle well. April 27 - May 1 and May 4 - 8 in Bojnice Castle the International Festival of Spirits and Ghosts is held.
