Mermaids

In Ancient Russia, a mythological creature, often in the form of a half-woman, half-fish, with long flowing hair. Mermaids can be found in many places - in the field, near the water, in the trees. Water beauties haunt each other, dance, lead merry round dances. According to legend, in the spring they splash in snowy streams, play and frolic until the ice leaves the rivers and lakes. In the old days, wreaths were woven on Mermaid for a week and left for the mermaids in the forest.
