France. Castle Leveville is located in the department of Ayr-et-Loire, near the city of Chartres on the outskirts of Bayot Leveque. The castle was built from the 15th to the 17th century and has changed several owners during its history. The first owner of the castle bore the surname Leveville. During the Second World War, the castle housed the command post of the fascist army, at the end of the war the castle passed to the Americans, and for ten post-war years it was rented by the Ministry of Justice. Since 2005, it has been owned by Russian billionaire Alexey Syomin, chairman of the board of directors of the ASG Investment Group.
