INGREDIENTS
flour - 500 gr
milk - 250 ml
egg - 2 pieces
vegetable oil - 6 tbsp.
yeast press. - 15 gr, dry - 11 gr
salt - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 2 tablespoons
boiled condensed milk - 1 can
egg yolk - for lubrication
HOW TO COOK
I knead the dough in a bread maker. I spread liquid products first, then dry ones. I put on the Kneading dough mode. When ready, gently knead the dough and divide into koloboks. Roll each bun into a layer, lay out the filling (boiled condensed milk), form a bun. Place the buns seam side down in a greased form and let it proof for 20 minutes. Then brush with egg yolk. Bake for 30 minutes until a beautiful golden brown color. When ready, cover with a towel and rest for 40 minutes.
