Natalie Shau is a Lithuanian illustrator and artist temporarily residing in Greece. In her work, she combines photography, digital technology and 3D modeling to create bizarre, sometimes surreal, sometimes frightening, but beautiful work. According to Natalie Shau herself, her style was strongly influenced by religious images, illustrations for fairy tales and classical Russian literature in the person of Gogol and Dostoevsky. Her favorite theme is surrealism, strange creatures that are both fragile and expressive at the same time.
