The Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Temple was created in 2007 after almost two thousand Indian craftsmen cut snow-white Italian marble into exquisite lace for a year and a half. In addition to him, for the main building of the temple, Indian granite, sandstone and Turkish limestone were needed.
It is surprising that the wizards of stone and wood carving worked in India, and at the end of the work, the components of the temple were transported to Toronto. The huge Hindu "constructor" of 2,415 pieces was erected without nails, bolts, or any other fixing devices. The entire structure is held up thanks to the ancient technology, by which temples and bridges in Asia were built from time immemorial.
