Tulden Theodor van is a Flemish painter and printmaker.
He was not an artist of the height of Van Dyck or Rubens, which undoubtedly influenced him, but he was a talented painter, whose main merit was the popularization of the Flemish style of painting in the northern Netherlands.
Tulden was Rubens' student and collaborator. In 1626 he became a member of the Guild of Painters of Antwerp, where he later served as dean.
