Blickling Hall was built in the early 16th century and has changed from one owner to another several times. During the Civil War, it was one of the military strongholds of East England and experienced many military events.
The Blickling Hall Castle Library was collected by several generations of owners and now, it is one of the best libraries in all of England. Another hobby of the owners of the castle was the garden, which to this day surprises with its beauty and uniqueness.
During the Second World War, Blickling Hall became state property. In memory of the glorious military past of the castle, the Air Force Museum was created in it.
