Lace pancakes

Products:
3 eggs
1.5 cups flour
2.5 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar and a pinch of salt
Separate the yolks from the proteins and, adding a pinch of salt, beat thoroughly with a mixer or whisk with powdered sugar. And then, continuing to stir the mass with a whisk, add milk with a thin stream.
Gradually introduce all the flour into the yolk-milk mass. We mix so that there are no lumps.
Beat the whites into a tight foam - a pinch of salt will help the foam not to fall off. Now carefully mix the proteins with the batter and you can bake the pancakes.
To make the patterns look even and beautiful, take a bottle with a small hole, for example, for ketchup, and pour the dough into it.
Pour the dough into the pan, forming various patterns - you can vary them as your imagination tells you: with a wire rack, a flower, the sun, obliquely, in circles ...
