British illustrator Carol Lawson Born and raised in Giggleswick, England, Carol Lawson graduated from the College of Art and a degree in Art and Design from Brighton University. From there, she began her work as a freelance advertising illustrator and publishing industry. In the 1980s, she commissioned the Franklin Mint to create a collection of porcelain plates and figurines illustrating the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. Since that series, she has illustrated over fifty classic fairy tales. Carol Lawson is an illustrator working in international book publishing, design and advertising. Her work includes illustrations for the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm and Hans H. Anderson: unicorns and fairies, illustrations of a teddy bear, animals, birds and Christmas images.
He writes and illustrates his own books and produces printed publications.
