Groats
Groats are food products consisting of whole or crushed grains of various crops. Groats are produced mainly from cereals (millet, buckwheat, rice, corn), other cereals (barley, oats, wheat, dagussa, less often rye) and legumes (peas, lentils, chickpeas) crops. Groats also include flakes (oat, corn), expanded grains (rice, wheat), artificial sago, and others.
