Trevor Mitchell
Trevor Mitchell began his career as an art director at a London advertising agency in 1979. After a few years, he returned to his native West Yorkshire and became a freelance professional in 1986. Illustrations for greeting card publishers revived his childhood love of painting. Today Trevor's artwork can be found in a number of products around the world. Stamps, postcards, puzzles, metal signs and collectible plates reflect his love for vintage cars and the British countryside. He recreates the past on canvas through meticulous research and is well known for his nostalgic, authentic scenes depicting agriculture and rural life.
