Soo Cha Griffith
Soo Cha Griffith is an internationally renowned Korean-American artist who now lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, but her artistic soul lives in the picturesque villages and gardens of Italy and France. She attended New Mexico State University, after which she received a BA in Fine Arts and a Diploma in Painting from the Plattien Academy of Arts in Europe. Her favorite subjects are landscapes of old world cities, their streets, coastal areas, open meadows, flower beds and, of course, people. The paintings by Soo Cha Griffith are made in the style of modern impressionism. The artist focuses her attention on themes that evoke a sense of harmony and tranquility in the viewer. She works mainly in oils and acrylics on linen canvas.
