Rotraut Susanne Berner is a contemporary German graphic designer and illustrator, winner of the international Hans Christian Andersen award. Well known for a series of popular children's books with full-blown pictures without text and lots of detail (Wimmelbuch). The artist's works are filled with cute characters and warm humor.
