Rachel Ruysch
Rachel Ruysch (1664 - 1750) is a wonderful Dutch Baroque artist, master of still life. At the age of 15, he began to study painting with the artist Willem van Aelst and painted primarily plants and flowers. During her lifetime, the artist's canvases were very popular among connoisseurs and in great demand; their prices were very high. The artist worked on them slowly and carefully, placing high demands on her talent as a painter. Rachel Ruysch has been practicing art for over 65 years.
