Pantsyrev Yuri
Yuri Nikolaevich Pantsyrev was born on August 31, 1950 in the city of Kameshkovo, Vladimir region. He studied at the Moscow State Art Institute named after I. Surikov in Moscow at the Faculty of Painting. Participant of more than 70 large (foreign, all-Union, republican, zonal) and 20 personal exhibitions. Board member of the Union of Artists of the USSR from 1986 to 1992.
