American Lisa Erickson from Portland (Oregon) paints amazing paintings with acrylics on wood panels, in which she mixes hyperrealistic accuracy of the image with fantasy elements. Mice with butterfly wings, turtles with gardens on their backs, fish with tails like underwater flowers, in which other inhabitants of the waters scurry - all this makes her work unique. "My ideas are often inspired by science, but have a surreal flavor," says Lisa. Lisa entered her first art class when she was five years old, and serious knowledge was gained while studying at Yale University at the undergraduate degree. Today her works are presented at exhibitions within the country, paintings can be bought not only in the original, but also in the form of posters, which have a limited edition.
