Johan Messely
Johan Messely is a contemporary Belgian artist. Born 1953, lives and works in Belgium. He spent his childhood in circles closely associated with art. Father Paul Messeli was also an artist and always served as a role model for Johan, was his inspiration. Johan's paintings reflect the cozy world of shady provincial courtyards, old streets drowning in flowers and greenery, kind windows and beautiful verandas. The artist knows how to convey peace and quiet happiness with careless strokes.
