Ichiro Tsuruta
Japanese artist Ichiro Tsuruta was born in 1954 in the city of Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. I got carried away with drawing since childhood. After graduating from high school, he entered Tama University of the Arts, where he majored in graphic design. Ichiro Tsuruta began painting in a realistic style, influenced by the values of Western culture, but later came to realize that "he is Japanese" and gradually the artist completely succumbed to the unique charm of traditional Japanese beauty. His works perfectly combine European art deco elements with the essence of the Japanese traditional style of painting, so that as a result of their combination, an elegant and magnificent world inhabited by beautiful Japanese women was born.
