Hermann Fenner-Behmer
Hermann Fenner-Behmer (1866 - 1913) - German artist, studied at the Royal Academy of Arts, and then continued to improve his craft in Paris. The artist specialized in portraits of elegant ladies. Many of his works have been reproduced in Photogravure.
