Federico del Campo
Federico del Campo (1837 - 1927) - Peruvian painter, born in Lima. When Federico turned 30, his patron, Senator Goynch, paid for the young artist's trip to Europe. Federico Del Campo traveled all over Europe, studied painting in Paris, Italy and Spain at the Madrid School of Lorenzo Valles. In 1880-1881 Federico Del Campo presented a series of paintings "Views of Venice" at the Paris Salon and at the Madrid exhibitions. A significant part of the work of the Peruvian artist is made up of extremely detailed paintings with beautiful Venetian views.
