Dennis Patrick Levan
was born in 1948 near Thorpe, Wisconsin and studied architecture and design near Chicago, Illinois. His creativity initially led him to a musical career, at school Dennis became interested in playing the accordion, organized his own rock band and even toured the country.
When Dennis Levan is asked: "How long does it take to study to paint like you?" he replies: “It took me 15 years to study. All these 15 years I have been studying and gaining experience and only 138 hours of them I have been painting for real. "
