David Uhl
David Uhl was born in 1961 in the small town of Toledo, Ohio, USA. From a very young age he was fond of drawing, and most of all he was attracted not by the idyllic landscapes of his native state, but by technology. Even as a young man, David realized that of all the products of civilization, he liked motorcycles most of all, personifying the true American spirit of freedom. David Uhl dedicated his art to motorcycles, which he has been in love with since early childhood. Moreover, the artist created a new direction in the visual arts, which was named Harley-Davidson Fine Art. His works are imbued with the spirit of the 30-40s, and the main characters of the illustrations are beautiful women and beloved motorcycles. In 1998, Uhl was officially appointed as the first and only licensed artist for a renowned motorcycle brand. This meant that Uhl was the only illustrator in the world who was allowed to use the company logo in his work. Creativity David Uhl "goes under the hammer" at auctions for fabulous money.
