Charles Spencelayh
Charles Spencelayh, Charles Spenceley (1865 - 1958) - eminent English painter and genre portrait painter
in an academic style, who worked from the late Victorian era to the middle of the 20th century.
Spenceley became famous for his numerous paintings, but his
highly appreciated as a watercolorist, engraver and master of portrait miniatures. The artist was also
one of the founders of the Royal Society of Miniaturists.
