Adolf Eberle

Adolph Eberle (1843-1914) was born into the family of the artist Robert Eberle. Already in his early years he entered the Munich Academy of Fine Arts, from 1860 he studied there in the class of Karl Theodor von Piloti. He specialized mainly in genre canvases, he is also the author of numerous paintings about the life of animals. For some time, he also wrote historical canvases about the events of the Thirty Years and Seven Years Wars, but then he returned to genre themes, depicting the life and life of the peasants of Bavaria and Tyrol.
